This is a Tibetan handmade full moon singing bowl handmade in Nepal. The full moon bowl is used in meditation for healing and relaxation sound therapy. This singing bowl is made on a full moon evening of each month to enhance the moon energy for healing vibration to the singing bowl. This singing bowl is carefully chosen for maximizing the benefit of healing purpose while playing it.

The singing bowl is made from seven metals representing different planetary influences:

# Gold = the sun

# Silver = the moon

# Mercury = Mercury

# Copper = Venus

# Iron = Mars

# Tin = Jupiter

# Lead = Saturn

Traditionally, the bowls were made of seven sacred metals, corresponding to the seven planets. The highest lamas used these Tibetan bowls as ritual offerings to their gods and deities, and some believe the highest lamas used these bowls for ritual to travel to another level of consciousness, but it was forbidden to talk about these bowls, even within monasteries itself.
