Order status

You can check your order status by logging into your Craftyhand account. You can see the order of your status at different phases from order received to order shipped. We try to provide as much information of your order.

What happens when you place/submit an order in Craftyhand?

1. Craftyhand will send an email with Order Confirmation. The email will have detail information like Order number and purchase invoice along with billing and shipping information. Please make sure to check the details. If you don't receive a confirmation email, please make sure to check junk folder.

2. Craftyhand will secure the purchased product for delivery while processing for the release of the fund from the customer's credit card company.

3. Craftyhand might call your number to verify the activities or purchase of product(s) if we see or detect unusual activities.

4. Release of funds might take longer time or denied if the customer provides wrong information. It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct information and Craftyhand is not responsible for cancellation or denial of service.

5. Once the fund is cleared, released and recieved by Craftyhand, representatives will carefully package the product(s) and drop the shipment with customer provided shipping address to the customer's preferred carrier (selected during purchase).

6. Craftyhand will send out email with the tracking number to the customer.

7. At anytime, customer can log into "My account" and check the Order Status.
