Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled in the following situation. You must log into your personal account and click on 'Order history and details'.
1. Unpaid order
Customer may cancel the order if the customer's credit card hasn't released the fund. Click 'Cancel Order' besides the correct order number.
2. If payment has not been received within 14 days of purchase, the order system will automatically cancel the order.
3. For any cancelled orders, we will send out an email with the product details and detail explanation.
4. Before item(s) is shipped
Customer can cancel their purchase(s) and request for 'Refund' before item(s) has not been shipped. This feature is available if the fund has been released to Craftyhand by the customer's credit card company. This can be done by login into 'My Account' section and clicking 'Request Refund' for the correct order number.
