Return Policy
The return policies may be changed from time to time and are effective immediately upon posting of the changes on the Site.
1. We take utmost care of the products. We make sure that the products won't be susceptible to moist, water or other variables. Before shipping the product, we wrap the items to secure from water and moist. Craftyhand.com is not responsible for the damaged incurred during shipping. We will try our best to replace the damaged product or we will replace with other item(s) of your choice for the equal value or less. If you do not want replacement, we will refund to your credit card account. It might take up to 4 weeks to show up in your credit card account.
2. Craftyhand.com will post the purchased items to the address provided by the customer. We will ship the packages within 2 business days. We are not responsible for any incorrect address provided by you.
3. Craftyhand.com is not responsible for any delay of shipment due to unforeseeable circumstances like strikes, demonstrations, earthquake etc. We will promptly email you regarding the delay and expected date of shipment. We are not responsible for any damages, stolen or lost incurred by Courier services. We will try our best to assist you in recouping the money.
What should I do if the item is not received or not as described?
Please contact Craftyhand with detail problem and if possible with picture. After reviewing, Craftyhand will get back to you within 2 business days. Please make sure to return items within 14 business days after the delivery for the full refund. Anything after that will not be eligible for full refund or any refund at all depending on the situation.
What should I pay attention to when returning the item?
Please make sure to ship it securely along with the tracking number. If items is lost during the return and no tracking number is provided, Craftyhand will not issue refund. Also, make sure to get RMA number from Craftyhand customer service and put it on the label or inside the packing slip.
When will I receive the refund?
Craftyhand will access the problem with the problem and within 2 business days after receiving the product, Craftyhand will credit your credit card or debit card.
How do I get the shipping cost for the returned item(s)?
If the cause of the return is based on Craftyhand's oversight, customer will get the credit for full incurred shipping cost. But if the cause of the return is due to the buyers oversight then buyer will have to pay in full, for the incurred shipping cost.
What does local return mean?
Return local means items being return to the closest warehouse of Craftyhand for the purpose of saving money, reducing hassels (logistic, customs) and expedite the refund for the buyers that are returning items.
It's easy for our main target Nepali buyers living in Nepal however Europe, South America and North Amrican customers can return products easily to our USA warehouse faster and for cheaper cost.
How does local return work?
Buyers from the following continent can use the local return: North America, Europe and South America. If buyer is not happy with the product, after following the return procedure, buyer can return the item(s) to our USA warehouse. All of our stated return policy apply to the local return as well.
